In brief: Once your fracture

A fracture heals, the patient can usually returns to his/hers activity.
Sometimes some limitations could happen depending on the type of injury.

In brief: Possibly

When fully healed (think 6-9 months), it could be possible, but will depend on the specifics of your situation, surgery, and recovery after. Need to ask your orthopedic surgeon for prognosis for your specific situation.

In brief: After its healed

You certainly can play sports with a plate on your ulna but only after the bone is fully healed.

In brief: Yes if U were ableB4

If ur surgery is successful & u get a solid union.
The plate may b symptomatic & after 2 years it can come out, this requires a significant lay up time. If no symptoms u can leave it in.
