Paratracheal lymph node has been slightly enlarged at 14mm for 2 years. Could this be cancer?

In brief: If it has

been stable for 2 years, in all likelihood it is not cancerous and of no significance.
Cancers grow, and your lymph node hasn't.

In brief: Lymph node.

It would be very unlikely for a cancerous lymph node to not grow over a two year period.
That being said commonly I think it's curious to know where this lymph node has come from. Is there anything causing this to be enlarged? Has this been looked into?
