In brief: Probably normal

Officially normal sodium (Na) is 135-145 mEq/L.
"Low 130s" implies your might be something like 131-134, right? Exact Na level varies pretty widely over the course of the day, and this amount of variation probably is entirely normal. If you have no other evidence of heart, kidney, or liver disease, this probably is nothing to worry about. If you do have such problems, discuss with your doctor.

In brief: Need more info

Although serum sodium of 130 is not excessively low and may have been within the error of measurement, compared to the morning level.
Why were these tests done? Did you have any symptoms? When was the test done again and what was the level? You may consult this site for information on this topic: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hyponatremia/basics/causes/con-20031445
