Tingling, numbness, pain in my left neck, shoulder, arm, hand. 3 days. Guessing it's not related to my MS? What kind of doc do I need? Chiropractor?

In brief: Possibly ER

Left sided neck and arm complaints can sometimes have a cardiac origin and so you would be well suited to be seen and have this ruled out.
That being said, it definitely could be related to your MS and I would check with your neurologist if cardiac ruled out.
