Chronic pancreatitis. What is your triglyceride level? High triglycerides can trigger pancreatitis as well. Have you had a MRCP or ERCP to assess if you have pancreas divisum or assessment of the sphincter of Oddi( both divisum and Oddi dysfunction can be treated with sphincterotomy). Pancreatitis trouble. When the pancreas is inflamed, the body will tell you. Usually the pain is in the middle of the stomach and can radiate through to the back.
