In brief: Fear

At age 19 if you are healthy- it sounds like your fear is excessive.
Consider seeing a therapist to help you work through this. Take care.

In brief: Fight this fear

To be brave, act brave.
SCA is sudden cardiac arrest, correct? It almost never happens to folks with normal EKG's and normal echos who are not symptomatic (chest pain, syncope). And shunning exercise and sleep won't save you. At age 19, you need to be working hard to prepare your career, making friends, developing wholesome hobbies. Go out and embrace life -- even if it's not risk-free. Cheers.
