Very bad anxiety - usually really bad when I go to dr. As a result my WBC is always around 8.5-10.5, for years. I want to see what my normal WBC is but my anxiety keeps it high. Is this bad for me? What can I do to lower it?

In brief: Wait to worry!

Your anxiety is without a good basis and it is self generated.
You can not alter the results of your blood tests with any kind of anxiety. Moreover your WBC count is just fine. Why are you even getting your blood counts checked? My advice: wait to worry , meaning you should only worry after you have found a real problem...not ahead of it.
