Maybe not. If you have an established diagnosis of MS, then rest assured your MRI studies will be "abnormal". The question a neurologist will ask him/herself, are any of these abnormalities new since the last MRI? Are any of these abnormalities recently active? (enhanced with contrast). Are there any new lesions on the spinal cord?

MS vs anxiety. Can be tricky in some cases, but usually anxiety has "extra" symptoms and signs which are unlikely to be caused by MS. Also signs of anxiety may be fleeting. NOT correct. There is a world of difference between anxiety problems and multiple sclerosis. Your generic description of "twitching and eye problem" would not cause me to consider MS.
