As a child I had a mild case of whooping cough despite being vaccinated, Scarlet fever, impetigo, fifths disease. I rarely get sick now and haven't been on antibiotics for years. Did I have an immune problem as a child? Or can this be normal?

In brief: No immune problem

The diseases you mentioned are common in healthy children.
There are no vaccines to prevent scarlet fever, impetigo or fifth disease. Pertussis occurs as immunogenicity wanes several years after vaccination. Unlikely you had a immune problem as a child.
