Assuming you do do not have any food allergy a diet with many different colored vegetables is good for your skin for the vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients.
Include varied fruits , preferably in season, also include fermented foods such as yogurt and kefir for good bacteria in your gut. Avoid sugar, simple carbs which convert to sugar easily, artificial colors and flavors and processed foods.

I agree with eating less sugar and more vegetables. There is some dermatology literature that has shown that dairy may make acne worse due to the hormones that come from post partum cows. Drink lots of water to keep the skin cells hydrated
