Stuffy in one nose, pressure under ears and a slight burning sensation in my head?

Nasal congestion/ear. May be TMJ (temporomandibular joint) syndrome ( do you feel cracking when placing fingers in front of ears and opening mouth?) or possibly gastrointestinal reflux -can try prevacid /ranitidine if not allergic or just an upper respiratory infection or sinusitis/otitis. Rarely can even be lyme disease. F/U with doc.

Top of the head feels numb and I feel a burning sensation and pressure. Got 30small inactive demyelinations MS was excluded. Stays1-2weeks and goes away?

Inactive myelination. Thank you for your interesting question. So MS was excluded, but there are 30 inactive myelinations? Perhaps these were caused by smoking, an injury, or? The symptom you mentioned- numbness and burning on top of the head- is not one that suggests MS either. If you are otherwise feeling well, treat symtomatically (try ice?) If it continues to bother you, it may be time for another check up. Read more...
Analysis. Your symptoms are not due to MS, and may be secondary to a local neuralgia, such as Greater Occipital Neuralgia. Another consideration could be a migraine equivalent or even a local scalp/skin problem. In older pts, might think of post-herpetic neuralgia, but unlikely to be answer for you. Perhaps a dermatologist could help. Read more...

I feel pain when moving my eyes, pressure in my head, dry, itchy and burning sensation and headaches is it a serious problem?

Head pressure. Fever can cause these symptoms. Do you have a fever? If your eyes don't show any signs of inflammation or visual disturbance, you may be combatting a viral infection. At this time I recommend rest, good fluid intake and taking Tylenol (acetaminophen). If symptoms don't improve, see your physician for evaluation. Read more...
