I've had a muscle twitching in my jaw for 3 days. Not painful but annoying and the twitch is visible. What could be causing it?

Most likely fatigue. I first suspet fatigue. This s a fasiculation most often benign in etiology, but sometimes these can occur from neurologic reason. You physician can clarify.
