I work in an office. How often should I get up and stretch etc during the day to prevent rounded shoulders, tight hip flexors and many other problems?

You can try sitting for 20 minutes out of half an hour of work,standing for 8 minutes and walking around for 2 minutes.This is only a guideline and depends how much walking and standing you do at home while cooking and other activities you do.If that is the case you may adjust your standing and walking around less often,at least every hour.
