Blood work done and my AnA was high at 1.320 could I have lupus I have no symptoms except for one I'm so scared as I know it a serious disease help?

Not Lupus yet. Yes, your ANA is elevated and you have one symptom (not sure what it is) but that most likely is not enough for the diagnosis of Lupus. There are specific criteria for the diagnosis of lupus and typically requires 4 issues to be present for the diagnosis. Also ANAs can be seen in people with no specific disease. The ANA needs to be evaluated with further labs. See a rheumatologist and try to relax.
Need more info. ANA is only one of the factors in diagnosis if SLE. The site listed below provides the 11 criteria for diagnosis and at least 4 need to be positive. http://lupusresearchinstitute.org/lupus-facts/lupus-diagnosis Wish you good health.
