I am experiencing genital rash, genital sores, testicular pain, cloudy urine and genital itching.

Exam needed. A urinary tract infection and/or genital herpes or yeast infection is likely in view of rash and itching. Testicular pain could indicate associated epididymitis. Get examined by a physician or a urologist as soon as possible for diagnosis and treatment. Appropriate tests will be ordered.
