If I had untreated chronic sinusitis, can that cause pneumonia with severe chest pains? I've already had my tonsils and aiednoids removed.

In brief: Not usually

However sinusitis can cause coughing and frequent or violent coughing can lead to chest pain.
If you have had frequent upper respiratory infections, pneumonia on top of the chronic sinusitis, consult an allergist/immunologist for an immune evaluation.
