On nexplanon for almost a year now. Also having sex with condoms. Breast are tender/sore but no period. What could be the issue?

Could be normal. Or you could be pregnant. This could be a result of normal hormonal variation (nexplanon doesn't suppress it completely), or you could have had a nexplanon failure and you could be pregnant. Have you peed on a stick yet? nexplanon and condoms aren't perfect.

I've had sore breasts for a week now as I always do around the time of my period but I am a day late. Whenever I have sex we use a condom and pullout?

If... If you are using the pullout method this is definitely not a safe way to avoid pregnancy. Condoms are not either the best since they don't protect as much as a hormonal birth control would to avoid pregnancy( they are very useful to protect against STDs), so I would suggest to wait a couple of days and if you are usually regular and no period yet get a pregnancy test. Sexually active but use withdrawal, now bloated, no period 2 months, sore breasts. Have taken 4 HPT, all neg. Could they be wrong?

Tests are accurate. Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, vaginal spotting, or medications. A test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a negative result may be due to testing too early such as less than 2 weeks after conception. Read more...
