I am experiencing oily skin along with acne. How do I get rid of my oily skin? I wash my face everyday, use toner and moisturizer. I also exercise.

Oily skin. How much transfats and other oils are in your diet? Good oils include coconut oil and olive oil. Please avoid junk food and fast food. Lots of fruits and vegetables are healthy and detoxing. Avoid any skin product w/alcohol in it. Peace and good health.
