You don't. The chemicals that trigger any pregnancy symptoms and a positive pregnancy test are generated by the conception mass after it attaches to the womb. This takes time. The chemicals are usually present in enough quantity to turn a urine pregnancy test positive about two weeks after conception. An early morning urine is often more concentrated and more sensitive.
