I had a hair follicle test that showed positive for methamphetamines. The drugs I take are Zoloft, vyvanse, trazadone, and Wellbutrin. Why??

In brief: Most likely Vyvanse

Vyvanse is a prodrug that is metabolized into amphetamine by its passage through the liver (its chemical name is lisdexamfetamine), so it is not unusual.
Wellbutrin is also a very similar molecule to amphetamine, but I am not sure whether it would show up as a positive in a hair follicle test.
