91 yr old Having nose bleeds after being diagnosed heart failure maybe related to digoxin GP said you can either take them or stop taking them! Ideas?

It is not likely. that Digoxin will contribute to anticoagulation or nose bleeds. It is a medication intended to improve cardiac function and slow the heart rate in atrial fibrillation. It would seem reasonable to continue the medication if nose bleeding is the only concern. Reevaluation of the entire situation might be beneficial.
