91 yrs.My GP not interested in my enlarged scrotum also not on Anticoagulation with diagnosed Heart Failure.Is there alternative to taking digoxin ?

In brief: Many physicians

believe that at 91 a "minimalist" approach is indicated.
IFor example the scrotal swelling is most likely a hernia but if not symptomatic surgery probably not wise in the nineties. Likewise unless Digoxin is causing problems , why replace it (There ARE alternatives). Finally ANTICOAGULATION is probably more risky than their BENEFITS at age 90 plus! In other words IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT! Z
