Pumpfs after heat/sweating (shower, meals, exercising). Diagnosis of cholinergic orticary. Why my IgE= 700 (range 0-87) if this isn't an allergy?

Urticaria from sweat. The stimulus of acetylcholine, from exercise or elevated environmental temperature, hot food, sauna baths, immersion in hot water, taste stimuli, emotional stress, or even hemodialysis, leads to sweating & can cause histamine (H2) release in people with cholinergic urticaria. H2 release affects mast cells, which release IgE. It doesn't have to be an allergy to trigger mast cells. It can be sweat.
