UA dipstick = 3 RBC but neg for blood. All other values norm. Cystoscopy was excellent. MRU all clear. Why RBC's? Dr. said see you in 5 yrs

The dipstick does not count RBCs.
If micro showed rbis may be too low for dip to show. I assume urine was a clean catch midstream? If not then repeat as rbis may not be in urine but from menses.
