In brief: Fish oil
Fish oil is great! make sure you get 1.
2 grams of epa:dha at 3:2 ratio daily. Take with meals for better absorption and decreasing side effect of fishy taste upon belching! dont buy the products that have saturated fats; the cheaper brands!

Red Krill Oil has better results then fish oil because it is a pure form. Both work but Krill is better but cost more!

In brief: Cholesterol
Best to try mediterranean diet and could try red yeast rice which has Lovastatin as the active ingredient.
Also consider nicotinic acid and fish oil.
