I had a micro discectomy L5 s1 feb 15, no more electrocution, but still pain along the same sciatic line 2 months later? It's off the nerve.

Microdiscectomy. It is possible that a residual or recurrent disc herniation could cause persistent pain - an MRI with/without contrast would document this. Also, unfortunately there are also cases in which the nerve has already sustained permanent damage, so even if a microdiscectomy is technically successful and without complications, the nerve damage may not be reversible.
Persistent pain. You actually did not ask a question. It is common to have some persistent symptoms as the nerve heals. Clearly you should talk this over with your surgeon.
