Can u get PID from using tampons for only 5 hours at a time? Not super but regular thickness. Whats the likely hood?

No. You get PID as an aggressive form of sexually transmitted infections, not inanimate objects like a tampon. You might develop a vaginitis as a personal reaction to any component of something you place in your vagina, but not PID.
Not typically. Most pelvic inflammatory disease is sexually-transmitted and caused by chlamydia or gonorrhea. Very rarely, other bacteria (such as E coli or streptococci) can cause PID. I would not assume this is related to tampons. You need a pelvic exam to look for discharge and tenderness in your pelvic organs, with labs for chlamydia and gonorrhea. .
