Not asymptomatic. By definition, your tachycardia is not "asymptomatic" since you're experiencing symptoms. Are you using any medications or recreational drugs? If using caffeine at all, please stop ; see whether this helps. Anxiety can cause tachycardia -- but have you had a cardiology consult? I would, in your case.
