Did cat scan 2 months ago and one yesterday of chest with contrast. Been feeling discomfort and tightness trouble breathing 5 month. Would ct rule out cancer and major issues ? Ft scan attached came normal. Still having worse. Pulse fading. MRI next?

In brief: Not MRI. Specific CT

You ask a complicated question, so use HealthTap Prime because I don't have enough space to explain why you've been led down the wrong path.
If the CT was a "high-resolution" scan, it should tell if there's any unusual growth. An MRI will NOT show anything if CT is neg. Your symptoms sound like COPD / asthma which will NOT show on ANY scan. What is fading pulse? Again, use HealthTap Prime or TTYD

In brief: THe ct scan

ahould have been able to pick up any type of nodule or mass that would be concerning for cancer
