I fractured my spine 10 months ago and um still getting pain. I'm also getting sharp pains in my chest and arm and shoulder blade. This normal?

Vertebral fracture. It would be reasonable to obtain another MRI to evaluate whether the fracture has healed or whether the vertebra may still have edema (fluid) in it, indicating it is not yet healed. In that case, the fracture could still be causing pain with regional radiation into the chest and arm and shoulder blade, and a procedure called vertebroplasty or kyphoplasty may offer pain relief.
Yes. When the fracture affects the shape of the chest, the muscles to the scapula and arm struggle to maintain smooth motion. Continue your therapy stretches. Consider yoga to elongate the spine with breathing exercises.
