What does it mean "physiologic" valve regurgitation? Does it need surgery to prevent pulm HTN to get worse?

No surg for physiol. Most people have a "physiologic" or "trivial" amount of valve regurgitation, particularly in their tricuspid or pulmonic valve. Trivial/Physiologic is the degree less than mild, which is less than moderate, which is less than severe. In fact, having trivial tricuspid regurgitation or pulmonic regurgitation can be very helpful in making calculations about pulmonary pressure.
