In brief: Napping

Devil's advocate.
Try to understand why napping 2 rs in afternoon. This is our normal circadian dip and yes, we're tired. Two hours is excessive most cases and when not, it may mean we're not sleeping recommended 6-8 hours at night (adults). In 2 hours you may get into all stages of sleep including rem which does throw off your nocturnal sleep, evening if you feel "ok.".

In brief: Siesta

Though 2 hours is a bit excessive, in many hispanic countries an afternoon nap (siesta) is normal.
Also in many european countries they have much longer lunch breaks which may include napping.

In brief: Unless not insomniac

If you have insomnia at night then is not good to take naps or siestas.
If you otherwise sleep well at night despite these 2 hours of nap it is ok. Many european and latinamerican countries still have time for lunch and siesta/nap at home.
