Chronic yeast infection for 3 months. No std/diabetes. Are there other causes? Multiple rounds of diflucan. Seen OBGYN 3 times. Frustrated

In brief: Yeast infection?

There are many kinds of yeast, and not all are sensitive to diflucan.
There are also bacterial and other infections which can cause similar symptoms. If your symptoms are still present, ask your healthcare provider to get cultures to see if other pathogens are present.

In brief: Antibiotic use?

Just to make sure we are on same page - are you sure it's yeast - was it seen under microscope? If so - have you taken antibiotics for other causes? If so, that might predispose you to it because the vaginal flora has been changed.
Another thing is there are some yeast that are more resistant to antifungals - have you been on only one type or multiple?
