I want to take baby aspirin for my heart. I read ibuprofen will stop it from thinning my blood. Is this true?

In brief: Wrong!

Baby aspirin is OK to use with your doctors approval.
Taking another NSAID like ibuprofen, Alene, Celebrex, Tylenol etc. will only thin your blood more. In addition, with long term use it could damage your liver.

Talk to your doctor. Baby aspirin will benefit your heart. Ibuprofen can interfere with that protection but not any more or less than other NSAIDs such as Aleve or Celebrex.
