For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Dyspnea . Sorry you're not feeling well. You have listed a number of tests that were presumably normal which is good news despite ongoing symptoms. Full history and physical occupational exposures meds family surgical history all needed. At first glimpse I would add full pulmonary function tests / stress echo and cardiology consultation.
