With the associated symptoms you may be dealing with a medical or emotional problem that is causing the ED.
Thorough medical evaluation and blood testing (including testosterone) would be important. Ruling out depression, anxiety (performance, generalized, PTSD or social), sleep problems, and interpersonal issues (quality of relationship, communication issues). Depression can lower libido.
