I have noticed a few times a day my right eye has a circular glow that shoots across my eye what can it be?

Floater. The most likely cause of your symptom is a vitreous floater which is a nonserious minor release of material in the anterior chamber of the eye. However an examination by an ophthalmologist is recommended to be sure it is not a more serious detachment.
