At end of cold, at full strength; no longer coughing, sneezing, no fatigue. Last 3 days had small amount of blood in mucus, esp in the AM. Normal?

In brief: Hemoptysis

Blood in sputum - most common cause is bronchitis as you likely had.
Often seen in an if sleep in a dry room. However, if a smoker or if this persists over next few weeks, you will need a more extensive evaluation with Radiological tests and seeing a consultant (ENT or Pulmonologist).
