In brief: Partial tear

Usually this history means a partial tear of one the calf muscles.
The medial head of the gastrocnemius is the most common. Tingling may just be from some swelling around the nerve. I expect that to resolve within a few days. Rest, ice a calf sleeve and wearing supportive shoes with heels should all help you. Don't stretch it. Ibuprofen optional. Healing usually in 2-6 weeks.
