Can dexilant cause chest pain? Had cardiac ct scan, wore a monitor, blood work, chest X-ray, abdominal MRI, and Hida scan. All good. No stress test.

Not usually, as.... Dexilant is usually Rx'd for Acid indigestion/GERD and can be used to Treat "heart burn" that may be caused by increased acid secretion conditions. That being said, it is important to continue to have Cardiac reasons ruled out for your chest pain and follow-up with the Dr. as if the Dexilant is not helping, it may be another reason for your chest issues, best wishes.

What is the likely hood that my chest pain is cardiac, I passed tons of EKG, Stress Test, Echo, Blood Work, D-dimmer, holster, CT-Scan, chest x-ray?

Not high. Even if you were 20 years older, the findings are not supportive of a cardiac issue. Need to know whether the pain is worsened by exercise, certain activities such as eating. Other than a chest cage issue (costochrondritis) one needs to consider a problem with the esophagus as well. Read more...

Normal ekgs. Normal echo. Normal stress test. Normal chest xray and blood work good. Is a CT coronary angiogram needed? Or all these tests sufficient?

Probably sufficient. I assume that these tests were done for evaluation of chest pain. Unless you have extreme risk factors, the likelihood of chest pain being related to coronary artery disease in a 28 year old is very low. The key to determining the cause of your chest pain is a good history by an expert clinician, supported by a full examination. There are many non-cardiac causes of chest pain. Read more...

Chest pain right side? Have had CT scan, x-rays, stress test, ekg, ultrasound for blood clots on legs. All test came back normal. Any suggestions?

Prognosis is good. It is not clear as to for how long the symptoms have been present . If all the described tests are entirely normal, serious and life threatening causes of chest pain have been ruled out . In such cases symptoms usually respond to otc analgesic agents and resolve in a short duration .Should symptoms persist or get worse, a second opinion from another physician may be helpful.
