I have been sitting a lot at my job. I have developed lower back problems that have lasted 3 weeks. I may have even pulled something. Treatment ideas?

Lower Back Pain Txs. 1. Time to let body head. Almost all do. 2. Pain medications. Start with OTC like tylenol and motrin/advil 3. Activity modification like don't sit for long periods without breaks. 4. Massage therapy, chiropractic care, etc. 5. If all the above fail, go see PCP and get a prescription for Physical Therapy and stronger pain medications. 6. If the #5 fails, ask for MRI and referral to spine surgeon.
