Throbbing headache in back of head and forehead and throbbing in face, sore neck, ringing in ears and vision affected?

You need a consult. to sort out this headache. As you are in Canada, can you not visit a clinic? An examination would be required to really make a diagnosis. Good luck.
Go to ER. The symptoms you are describing could mean anything from a simple viral associated headache or an atypical migraine to something more serious such as meningitis or a leaking aneurysm. In short it needs an examination by a doctor immediately to rule out anything more sinister.
