In brief: Nasal Inflammation
Cattarh is an old word for chronic nasal inflammation and drainage.
It could be a sign of bacterial sinus infection, viral or fungal issues, or it could be allergies. Kids with foreign bodies up the nose might present with chronic runny nose with discharge. Most of the time you can do something with it. Go see your ENT doc.
