In brief: Should be ok

I tell all of my patients to resume their normal activity as tolerated by pain.
I see no problem with returning to jogging after nearly 2 months postoperatively. You may want to check with your surgeon for your specific case to be sure.

In brief: Hernia

Not unreasonable to begin physical activity gradually at this point, but you should ask your surgeon for clearance.
