Penile pain near the right side of glans sometimes. No pain during erection. What could be the reason. No viaible lesions or anything?.

Could possibly be due to non specific urethritis ( inflammation or the urethra usually treated with antibiotics- if sexually active may be bacterial vaginosis or mycoplasma/ ureoplasma from a partner which tends to be less symptomatic in males , or pudendal nerve irritation( do you ever have pain after sitting an extended period? ).
