In brief: Paruresis

You're describing a shy or bashful bladder.
Check out http://www.urologyhealth.org/urologic-conditions/paruresis-(urinating-in-public), http://www.uncommonhelp.me/articles/how-to-stop-shy-bladder-syndrome/ & http://paruresis.org/ so that you know that you're not alone (sorry, I guess that won't necessarily help!) as well as treatment options, usually cognitive behavioral therapy. See ur FamilyDoc.

In brief: Need to relax

Going to the bathroom involves relaxing your muscles and engaging the parasympathetic nervous system. Apparently having people around makes you anxious and/or prevents you from relaxing.
Learn relaxation techniques and focus on those when in that situation. See http://www.helpguide.org/articles/stress/relaxation-techniques-for-stress-relief.htm and http://upliftconnect.com/control-inflammation/
