In brief: Gluten enteropathy

The gluten test you took is probably strong for being negative.
You can keep a food diary to see if eating gluten in your diet causes symptoms: diarrhea, emesis, rash or stomach pain, fevers. If not, it is safe to eat gluten containing solids.

In brief: Other tests,however:

Most Drs. only test for transglutimase antibodies but there are many other antibodies that may be positive.
The most extensive test I know is from Cyrex labs: http://tinyurl.com/hxeompl But many have non-celiac gluten sensitivity that we don't have tests for; the best test of all is to COMPLETELY avoid gluten for at least 30 days, then reintroduce to see outcome. See http://tinyurl.com/ndeajax
