In brief: No worries

Currently, our senior citizens have the option to get a High-Dose version of the seasonal flu shot.
The High-Dose version has 4 times the amount of antigen compared with the regular flu shot. That means getting 2 times the usual amount of one regular flu shot should not be a problem.

In brief: Condoned, but ok

As you know, this is not recommended, but it will not hurt overall if you are generally healthy.
