My front tooth is sensitive and sends a sharp pain when in contact with other teeth. Also, the gums above it feel numb and feels like it's an air sac?

See a dentist. Could be a number of problems. The tooth must be evaluated by a dentist who can examine, take x-rays and make appropriate suggestions.
See DDS. See your dentist immediately to avoid any further complications. What is the history of the tooth, trauma? decay?
Infection. May be gum infection, tooth infection, or combined lesion. Please see your Dentist. The sooner this is treated the less chance of the infection spreading.
Needs evaluation. Could be an endodontic or periodontal problem. Cannot tell without an exam and radiographs or knowing the condition of the tooth. See a local dentist.
