In brief: Need further eval!

With the limited info provided, you should seek opinion by Surgeon re need for Biopsy! Consider Breast MRI and or Breast tumor markers! Cancer is always a possibility and should be ruled out by Surgeon or Oncologist! Always worried re persistent lesions ,especially if there is nipple retraction? Better be safe than sorry!,, best Luck

In brief: Breast mass

Depending on other features of the mass, if it is not specifically benign, there is a probability of malignancy.
Whether it is high or low depends on other characteristics of the mass. Talk to your doc, you may need short interval follow up, additional imaging, or biopsy.

In brief: Follow-up!

It could simply be fibrocystic changes, or a simple cyst but please follow-up with your PCP or OB as soon as possible for further work-up!
